Chill the Champagne
Place the bottle of champagne in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving to ensure it is well chilled.

Prepare Orange Juice
Juice fresh oranges to yield about 2 cups of juice, or use high-quality store-bought orange juice if preferred.
Mixing Your Mimosa

Combine Ingredients
In a large pitcher or individual glasses, pour 1 part orange juice to 2 parts champagne. For example, for every 1 cup of orange juice, use 2 cups of champagne.

Garnish
Add orange slices, fresh berries, or mint leaves on top of the mimosa for garnish and additional flavor.

Add Grenadine (Optional)
If desired, drizzle a tablespoon of grenadine into each glass for a touch of sweetness and color.
Serving

Serve Immediately
Serve the mimosas immediately after mixing to retain the bubbles from the champagne. Enjoy!
