Mixing the Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 oz of Hendricks gin and 1 oz of passion fruit purée. Fill the shaker with ice.

Secure the lid on the shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Straining
Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice.

Adding Seltzer
Slowly pour 4 oz of hard seltzer over the gin mixture in the glass.

Garnish the drink with a fresh mint sprig for aroma and decoration.
