Chips

Prepare the Chips
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, toss the tortilla chips with olive oil and salt until evenly coated.

Bake the Chips
Spread the chips in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes or until golden and crispy. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly.
Smashed Guac

Prepare the Avocados
Cut the ripe avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl.

Mash the Avocados
Using a fork, mash the avocados to your desired consistency (smooth or chunky).

Top with Pepitas and Cotija
Transfer the guacamole to a serving bowl and sprinkle with pepitas and cotija cheese.
Haus Salsa

Combine Salsa Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, finely chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, salt, and chili powder.

Stir all ingredients together until well mixed. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
