Preparation of Chicken Wings

Season the Wings
In a large bowl, season the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Make sure they are evenly coated.

Slow Cook the Wings
Place the seasoned wings in a slow cooker. Cook on low heat for 10-12 hours or until the chicken is tender and cooked through.

Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan or pot, heat oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Wings
Carefully remove the wings from the slow cooker and allow them to drain. Fry the wings in batches, for about 3-5 minutes or until they are golden brown and crispy.

In a large bowl, toss the crispy wings in the selected sauce until evenly coated.
