Clean the Mushrooms
Gently wipe the large fresh mushrooms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt. Do not rinse them under water as they will absorb moisture.

Remove Stems
Carefully remove the stems from the mushrooms and set them aside. You can chop the stems to add to the stuffing if desired.

Drizzle with Olive Oil
Place the mushroom caps on a baking sheet and drizzle them with olive oil. Use your fingers to coat the caps evenly.

Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and chopped mushroom stems (if using). Mix until well combined.

Add Bread Crumbs
Fold in the bread crumbs into the cheese mixture until evenly distributed. This will help bind the filling together.

Using a spoon or your fingers, generously fill each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture, pressing down slightly to ensure they are packed well.
