Method

Cooking Pasta

  1. 1

    Boil the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and set aside.

Sautéing Vegetables

  1. 2

    Heat Olive Oil

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

  2. 3

    Add Garlic

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant.

  3. 4

    Sauté Vegetables

Add the zucchini, bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, carrot, and broccoli to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

Combining Ingredients

  1. 5

    Mix Pasta and Vegetables

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet with the sautéed vegetables. Toss to combine.

  2. 6

    Add Seasoning

Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and chopped fresh basil. Toss everything together until well mixed and the cheese is melted.

Serving

  1. 7

    Plate and Serve

Serve the Pasta Primavera warm, garnished with extra Parmesan and basil if desired.
