Rinse the cod fillets under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.

In a shallow dish, mix the flour, salt, and black pepper. Dredge each cod fillet in the flour mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking.

Add Cherry Tomatoes

Add the sliced black olives, rinsed capers, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir well and let it simmer for an additional 3-4 minutes.
