- 3
Bread the Burrata
Take each burrata ball and coat it in flour, shaking off the excess. Then dip it in the egg, allowing the excess to drip off, and finally coat it in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Fry the Burrata
Carefully place the breaded burrata into the hot oil. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
- 6
Drain Excess Oil
Using a slotted spoon, remove the fried burrata from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.
Preparing the Salad
- 7
Combine Salad Ingredients
In a large bowl, toss the arugula and halved grape tomatoes together.
- 8
Dress the Salad
In a small bowl, whisk together balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over the arugula and tomatoes, tossing gently to coat.
