Cooking Pasta

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring salted water to a rolling boil.

Cook Fettuccine
Add the fettuccine to the boiling water. Cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.

Once cooked, drain the fettuccine in a colander and set aside.

Finely mince the garlic cloves and add them to the melted butter. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Pour in the heavy cream and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Stir occasionally.
