Preparation of Shrimp

- 2
Set Up Breading Station
In one shallow bowl, place the all-purpose flour. In a second shallow bowl, beat the eggs. In a third shallow bowl, place the almond flour.
Breading and Frying
- 3
Bread the Shrimp
Dredge each shrimp first in the all-purpose flour, shaking off the excess. Then dip it into the beaten eggs, and finally coat it with almond flour. Press the almond flour onto the shrimp to ensure it sticks.
- 4
Heat the Oil
In a deep frying pan or a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).
- 5
Fry the Shrimp
Carefully add the breaded shrimp to the hot oil in batches, avoiding overcrowding. Fry for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the shrimp and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
Honey Drizzle
- 6
Prepare Honey Drizzle
In a small saucepan, combine honey and water. Heat over low heat, stirring until the honey is thinner and fully combined with the water. Remove from heat.
Serving

Serve the Almond Shrimp
Arrange the fried almond shrimp on a serving platter and drizzle with the honey sauce. Serve immediately.
