Ravioli

Method

Ravioli Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Ravioli

In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the four cheese ravioli according to package instructions until al dente, usually about 4-5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Coating

In a shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Coat the Ravioli

In a separate bowl, drizzle the cooked ravioli with olive oil. Toss gently to coat. Then, take each ravioli and dip into the bread crumb mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.

  4. 4

    Toast the Ravioli

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Place the coated ravioli on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Pumpkin Dipping Sauce Preparation

  1. 5

    Combine Ingredients

In a medium saucepan, combine canned pumpkin puree, heavy cream, garlic powder, ground nutmeg, salt, and black pepper.

  2. 6

    Heat the Sauce

Heat the saucepan over medium heat, stirring frequently until the sauce is warmed through and smooth, about 5-7 minutes. Do not bring it to a boil.

  3. 7

    Add Fresh Sage

Stir in the chopped fresh sage into the sauce and cook for an additional minute to infuse the flavors.
