Method

Dip Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Spinach

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the fresh spinach and blanch for 2-3 minutes until wilted. Drain and rinse under cold water. Squeeze out excess moisture and chop finely.

  2. 2

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts (drained and chopped), cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Mix until well combined.

  3. 3

    Bake the Dip

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.

Wonton Chips Preparation

  1. 4

    Prepare the Wonton Chips

While the dip is baking, heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Carefully place a few wonton wrappers in the hot oil and fry for about 30 seconds or until they are golden brown and crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining wonton wrappers.

Serving

  1. 5

    Serve the Dip and Chips

Once the dip is done baking, remove it from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with the crispy wonton chips on the side for dipping.
