Method

Preparing the Pork Loin

  1. 1

    Season the Pork

Rub the pork loin with salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Ensure it is evenly coated.

  2. 2

    Grill the Pork

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the pork loin for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C). Remove from grill and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Cooking Bacon and Onions

  1. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

  2. 4

    Caramelize the Onions

In the same skillet, melt the butter, then add the sliced onion and brown sugar. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are golden brown and caramelized.

Assembling the Stack

  1. 5

    Slice the Pork

Once the pork loin has rested, slice it into thin pieces.

  2. 6

    Build the Hoagie

On each hoagie roll, layer the sliced pork, followed by crispy bacon, caramelized onions, and aged white cheddar cheese.

  3. 7

    Add Sauces

Drizzle garlic aioli and Korean BBQ sauce over the stacked ingredients to your taste.

Serving

  1. 8

    Serve

Serve the Park Stack immediately while warm, with extra sauces on the side if desired.
