Preparing the Pork Loin

Season the Pork
Rub the pork loin with salt, black pepper, and olive oil. Ensure it is evenly coated.

Cook the Bacon
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

Caramelize the Onions
In the same skillet, melt the butter, then add the sliced onion and brown sugar. Cook for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the onions are golden brown and caramelized.

Slice the Pork
Once the pork loin has rested, slice it into thin pieces.

On each hoagie roll, layer the sliced pork, followed by crispy bacon, caramelized onions, and aged white cheddar cheese.
