Salad Preparation

Prepare the Vegetables
Wash and dry the harvest blend greens thoroughly. Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the red onion thinly, and chop the cucumber into bite-sized pieces.

Assemble the Salad
In a large salad bowl, combine the prepared harvest blend greens, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, and chopped cucumber. Toss gently to mix.

Add Croutons and Cheese
Sprinkle the croutons and shaved white cheddar cheese over the top of the salad. Toss lightly to combine.
Ranch Dressing Preparation

Mix the Dressing Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and buttermilk until smooth. Add the dried dill, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and fresh lemon juice. Whisk until well combined.

Adjust Consistency
If the dressing is too thick, you can add a little more buttermilk to reach your desired consistency.
