Prepare the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.

Coat the Wings
Add the chicken wings to the flour mixture and toss until they are evenly coated.

Preheat the Oil
In a deep fryer or large heavy-bottomed pot, heat the oil to 375°F (190°C).

Fry the Wings
Carefully add the coated chicken wings to the hot oil in batches, making sure not to overcrowd the pot. Fry for about 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.

Drain the Wings
Remove the wings from the oil and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

Toss with Sauce
In a large mixing bowl, toss the fried wings with your choice of sauce (Garlic Parmesan, Buffalo, Sweet Chili, or BBQ) until they are evenly coated.
