We’re famous for this grande burrito stuffed with your choice of meat, refried beans and Spanish rice. Topped with red sauce, melted Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese and served with diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce and our sour cream topping.

Cook the meat of your choice and prepare the refried beans and Spanish rice according to package instructions.

Prepare the Ingredients

On a large flour tortilla, spread a layer of refried beans, followed by Spanish rice, cooked meat, and a generous amount of red sauce.

Assemble the Burrito

Sprinkle shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the filling. Top with diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce.

Add Cheese and Toppings

Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom to the top to encase all the fillings.

Wrap the Burrito

Place the burrito seam side down on a skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Heat the Burrito

Slice the burrito in half and serve hot with a dollop of sour cream on top.
