Prepare the Ingredients
Cook the meat of your choice and prepare the refried beans and Spanish rice according to package instructions.

Assemble the Burrito
On a large flour tortilla, spread a layer of refried beans, followed by Spanish rice, cooked meat, and a generous amount of red sauce.

Add Cheese and Toppings
Sprinkle shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the filling. Top with diced tomatoes and shredded lettuce.

Wrap the Burrito
Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it tightly from the bottom to the top to encase all the fillings.

Place the burrito seam side down on a skillet over medium heat for about 2-3 minutes on each side until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
