Prepare Seafood Filling

  1. 1

  2. 2

    Mix the Filling

In a bowl, combine the cooked seafood mixture with softened cream cheese and chopped green onions. Mix well until fully combined.

Prepare Seafood Sauce

    Fill the Tortillas

Lay out the tortillas and divide the seafood filling evenly among them. Fold tortillas over filling and secure with toothpicks if necessary.

  2. 5

In a deep skillet or fryer, heat oil to 180°C (350°F). Fry the filled tortillas until golden brown and crispy on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
