Filling and Toppings

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood Filling

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened.

  2. 2

    Add Seafood

Stir in the minced garlic, shrimp, scallops, and crab meat. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro.

  3. 3

    Assemble the Burritos

Place a large flour tortilla on a flat surface. Spoon a generous amount of the seafood filling onto the center. Drizzle some seafood sauce over the filling, then sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.

  4. 4

    Wrap the Burrito

Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

  5. 5

    Bake the Burritos

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Place the wrapped burritos seam-side down in a baking dish. Top with remaining seafood sauce and sprinkle with additional mozzarella cheese. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your Seafood Burrito Grande!
