Made-to-order original guacamole! Haas avocados mixed with house-made pico de gallo. Served with chips and a fresh slice of lime.

Dice the tomato and red onion finely, chop the cilantro, and set aside.

Prepare the Ingredients

Cut the Haas avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash with a fork until desired consistency is reached.

Mash the Avocados

Add the diced tomato, red onion, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt to the mashed avocados. Gently fold together until well combined.

Taste the guacamole and adjust seasoning with more salt or lime juice if needed.
