A flavorful taqueria-style taco. One soft flour tortilla filled with grilled fajita steak or chicken, pico de gallo, freshly chopped cilantro, a blend of Monterey and Cheddar cheese and bacon on a bed of onions. Served with a side of Spanish rice, fresh, seasoned and grilled vegetable mix, sour cream topping and a fresh lime wedge. Lightly sprinkled with Cotija cheese.

Season the fajita steak or chicken with your favorite spices. Grill it over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Allow it to rest for a few minutes before slicing it into thin strips.

Prepare the Chicken/Steak

In a skillet, add a little oil and sauté the sliced onions until they are translucent and slightly caramelized.

Sauté the Onions

Warm the flour tortillas in a pan or microwave. On each tortilla, layer the sautéed onions, grilled steak or chicken, pico de gallo, chopped cilantro, Monterey cheese, Cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon.

Assemble the Tacos

Lightly sprinkle the assembled tacos with Cotija cheese. Serve with a side of Spanish rice, grilled vegetable mix, a dollop of sour cream, and a lime wedge.
