One soft flour tortilla filled with grilled fajita steak or chicken, pico de gallo, freshly chopped cilantro, a blend of Monterey and Cheddar cheese and bacon on a bed of onions. Served with a side of Spanish rice, fresh, seasoned and grilled vegetable mix, sour cream topping and a fresh lime wedge. Lightly sprinkled with Cotija cheese.
