Warm the Tortillas

Assemble the Flautas

In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully place the flautas seam-side down in the oil. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.

Fry the Flautas

Remove the flautas from the oil and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil. Serve hot with guacamole, sour cream, and salsa on the side.
