The name says it all! Enjoy four magnificent selections on one large platter: a Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese enchilada, a crispy beef taco, a savory chicken mini-burrito and a traditional hand-rolled chicken enchilada.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). In a pan, heat the enchilada sauce. Dip each tortilla in the sauce, fill with a mixture of Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese and chopped onions, roll and place in a greased baking dish. Pour remaining sauce over the top and sprinkle with more cheese. Bake for 20 minutes.

Arrange the cheese enchiladas, crispy beef tacos, savory chicken mini-burritos, and hand-rolled chicken enchiladas on a large platter. Garnish with additional cheese, lettuce, and salsa if desired. Enjoy!
