A hearty salad of shredded lettuce loaded with your choice of meat, a pile of shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, tomatoes and black olives. Lightly sprinkled with Cotija cheese. Served with your choice of dressing. Salad also available on a platter (shell free).

In a skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil and ground beef or turkey. Cook until browned, breaking it up with a spatula. Drain excess fat.

Prepare the Meat

Sprinkle taco seasoning over the cooked meat, add a splash of water if needed, and stir to combine. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Season the Meat

In a large bowl, layer the shredded lettuce as the base. Top with the seasoned meat, then add the shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese, diced tomatoes, sliced black olives, and crumbled Cotija cheese.

Assemble the Salad

Serve the taco salad with your choice of dressing on the side. Enjoy!
