Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patties

In a mixing bowl, season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.

  2. 2

    Char-Broil the Burgers

Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

  3. 3

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Cheddar cheese and a slice of Monterey Jack cheese on each patty. Cover the grill to allow the cheese to melt.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Buns

Toast the burger buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burgers

Place each patty on a toasted bun. Top with Bermuda onion slices and a generous spoonful of pico de gallo. Place the top bun on.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve the burgers hot with your choice of French fries or a chilled garden salad.
