Chill the Wine
Place the bottle of Riesling wine in the refrigerator or an ice bucket for at least 30 minutes before serving to ensure it is well-chilled.

Prepare the Glasses
Select wine glasses and fill each glass with ice cubes to keep the wine cold while serving.

Add Fresh Mint
Take fresh mint leaves and gently bruise them by pressing them with a muddler or the back of a spoon. Place a few mint leaves into each glass over the ice.

Pour the Wine
Slowly pour 750ml of chilled Riesling wine into each glass, filling them about three-quarters full.

Top with Soda Water
Add 250ml of soda water to each glass to create a refreshing spritzer effect. Stir gently to combine.

Garnish with additional mint leaves if desired, and serve immediately while chilled.
