Wine Ingredients

Method

Wine Production Process

  1. 1

    Harvesting Grapes

Harvest the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes by hand, ensuring only the best quality grapes are selected.

  2. 2

    Crushing and Pressing

After harvesting, crush the grapes using a grape crusher. Press the crushed grapes to extract the juice. Collect the juice in a fermentation vessel.

  3. 3

    Fermentation

Add yeast to the collected juice to begin fermentation. Allow fermentation to occur for 2-4 weeks at a controlled temperature.

  4. 4

    Blending

Once fermentation is complete, blend the Pinot Noir and Chardonnay juices to create the desired flavor profile.

  5. 5

    Secondary Fermentation

Add sugar and tartaric acid to the blended juice and bottle it. Seal the bottles with a crown cap to initiate secondary fermentation.

  6. 6

    Aging

Store the bottles horizontally in a cool, dark place for a minimum of 18 months to allow the wine to mature and develop flavors.

  7. 7

    Disgorging and Dosage

After aging, remove the sediment from the bottles (disgorging) and add a mixture of wine and sugar (dosage) to balance the acidity.

  8. 8

    Final Bottling

Seal the bottles with corks, label them, and store them in a cool place until ready for sale or consumption.
