    Prepare the Glass

    Preheat a heat-resistant glass or Irish coffee mug by filling it with hot water. Let it sit for a minute, then discard the water.

    Mix the Ingredients

    In the preheated glass, combine 1 oz of Jameson Black Barrel Irish Whiskey, 0.5 oz of Amaro Montenegro, and 1 tsp of dark sugar blend. Stir gently until the sugar is fully dissolved.

    Add Coffee

    Pour in 4 oz of freshly brewed hot coffee and stir again to combine all the ingredients well.

    Prepare Whipped Cream

    In a separate bowl, lightly whip 2 oz of heavy cream until it thickens but is still pourable. Do not whip until stiff.

    Top with Cream

    Gently pour the whipped cream over the back of a spoon onto the coffee mixture to create a layered effect.

    Garnish and Serve

    Garnish with a few coffee beans on top of the cream for an elegant touch. Serve immediately and enjoy your Irish Coffee!
