Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients and prepare your workspace. Juice fresh grapefruit and lime, and wash the arugula thoroughly.

Mix the Cocktail
In a cocktail shaker, combine 1.5 oz of LALO Tequila Blanco, 0.5 oz of Rey Campero Espadín Mezcal, 2 oz of fresh grapefruit juice, 0.75 oz of fresh lime juice, and 1 cup of arugula.

Add Ice
Add 1 cup of ice cubes to the shaker. Secure the lid tightly.

Shake Well
Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds to ensure all ingredients are well combined and chilled.

Prepare the Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass. If desired, rim the glass with white pepper salt before pouring.

Garnish and Serve
