In a cocktail shaker, add 2 oz of Belvedere Vodka, 1 oz of Tempus Fugit Crème de Cacao, 1 oz of the cooled fresh espresso, 1 oz of Left Hand Milk Stout, and 0.5 oz of Orgeat Syrup.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes to the top, ensuring that the ingredients are well chilled.
