Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Salmon

Preheat your broiler to high. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Shrimp

In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Then add the shrimp and sauté until they turn pink, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

  3. 3

    Make the Sauce

In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil, white wine, capers, and halved cherry tomatoes. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens.

  4. 4

    Combine Ingredients

Stir in the sautéed shrimp, jumbo lump crab meat, and lemon juice into the sauce. Mix gently to combine and remove from heat.

Cooking

  1. 5

    Broil the Salmon

Place the seasoned salmon fillets on a broiler-safe dish or pan. Broil the salmon for about 6-8 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork and is cooked through.

  2. 6

    Serve

Once the salmon is broiled, remove it from the oven and spoon the crab and shrimp mixture over the top of each fillet. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately.
