Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a medium bowl, whisk together the rolled oats, flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.

Cream Butter and Sugars
In a large bowl, beat the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy and well combined.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
