Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the ziti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Tomato Sea Broth

In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic (4 cloves) and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  3. 3

    Add Seafood

Add the octopus and cook for about 3-4 minutes. Then add shrimp, scallops, mussels, clams, calamari and cook for another 5-7 minutes until the seafood is cooked through and the mussels and clams have opened.

  4. 4

    Combine with Broth

Add 4 cups of seafood stock and 1 can (15 oz) of diced tomatoes to the pot. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.

  5. 5

    Mix with Ziti

Add the cooked ziti to the seafood broth and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to heat through.

  6. 6

    Serve

Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
