Directions

1

Prepare Coffee Mixture

Brew 1 cup of espresso coffee and set aside to cool.

2

Melt Chocolate

In a double boiler, melt the dark chocolate until smooth. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

3

Combine Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled espresso coffee, melted chocolate, chipotle powder, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and vodka. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.

4

Add Water

Slowly add the water to the mixture while stirring continuously to incorporate.

5

Bottle and Infuse

Pour the mixture into clean bottles and seal tightly. Allow the liqueur to infuse for at least 2 weeks in a cool, dark place to develop the flavors.

6

Serve

Shake well before serving and enjoy over ice or in cocktails.
