Place tortilla chips in a bowl and serve with guacamole and salsa on the side.

Wash the lettuce leaves and slice the tomato.

Prepare the Ingredients

Spread mayonnaise on one side of 4 slices of bread and mustard on the other side. Layer each slice with turkey, Swiss cheese, lettuce, and tomato slices.

Assemble the Sandwich

Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste on the toppings.

Top with the remaining slices of bread. Cut the sandwiches in half if desired.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, ranch dressing, chopped green onions, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Using a hand mixer or a spatula, mix all the ingredients together until smooth and well combined.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Wash and peel the potatoes. Using a mandoline or a sharp knife, slice the potatoes thinly (about 1/8 inch thick).

Soak the potato slices in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove excess starch. Drain and pat them dry with a clean towel.

In a large, heavy-bottomed pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 350°F (175°C).

Carefully add a handful of potato slices to the hot oil, making sure not to overcrowd the pot. Fry until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.

While the chips are still warm, sprinkle with salt, paprika, and garlic powder to taste. Toss to coat evenly.
