1. Prepare the Mole Base

3. Blend the Mole

4. Incorporate Fruits
Stir in the chopped pineapple, diced apples, and fried plantains. Cook on low heat for an additional 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
5. Serve
Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with additional fried plantains if desired.
