Toast the Croissants
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the croissants in half horizontally. Spread butter on the cut sides of each croissant. Place them on a baking sheet, cut side up, and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes, until golden.

Fill the Croissants
Remove the croissants from the oven. Spoon the egg mixture into each croissant half. Place them back in the oven for an additional 10-12 minutes, until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted.

Serve with Potatoes
Accompany the croissants with Rosemary and Garlic Potatoes. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious meal!
