Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, mix the shredded cheese and shredded chicken. Add salt to taste.

Warm the Tortillas
Heat the corn tortillas on a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.

Assemble the Enmoladas
Place a few tablespoons of the filling in the center of each tortilla, roll them up, and place seam side down in a serving dish.

Add Mole Sauce
Pour the mole sauce over the rolled enmoladas, ensuring they are well covered.

Heat and Serve
Place the dish in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10-15 minutes to heat through. Serve with Mexican rice, refried beans, sour cream, chopped cilantro, and sliced radishes on the side.
