Prepare the Egg Mixture
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until well combined.

Dip the Croissants
Slice the croissants in half and dip each half into the egg mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.

Prepare the Toppings
While the croissants are cooking, prepare glazed pecans by tossing pecans in a bit of syrup and heating them until caramelized. Also, wash and prepare your choice of fresh berries.

Serve
Once the croissants are cooked, plate them and top with the glazed pecans, a dusting of powdered sugar, and fresh berries. Drizzle with syrup before serving.
