Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and let drain on paper towels.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Fries

Cook the french fries according to package instructions or fry until golden brown. Toss with truffle oil and salt to taste.

  3. 3

    Grill the Beef Patties

In the same skillet or on a grill, cook the grass-fed beef patties over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Melt the Cheese

During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.

  5. 5

    Toast the Buns

While the cheese is melting, toast the brioche buns on the grill or in a toaster until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Burger

Spread black garlic aioli on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Layer with arugula, the beef patty with melted cheddar, crispy bacon, and pickled onions. Top with the other half of the bun.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve the burgers hot with truffle frites on the side.
