Make the Red Sauce
In a small bowl, mix crushed tomatoes, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined. Set aside; no cooking is required for this sauce.
Cheese Layer

Prepare Lemon Ricotta
In a bowl, combine ricotta, lemon zest, and salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.

Assemble Cheese Base
Spread an even layer of red sauce over the stretched dough, leaving a 1-inch border. Evenly distribute fresh mozzarella over the sauce, then dollop small spoonfuls of lemon ricotta across the pizza.

Add Soppressata and Spice
Layer sliced soppressata evenly over the cheese. Sprinkle crushed chili flakes across the pizza for gentle heat.
Hot Honey Drizzle

Bake and Finish
Transfer the pizza to the hot oven or pizza stone and bake for 8–10 minutes, until the crust is blistered and the cheese is melted and bubbling. While baking, mix honey and sriracha until smooth. Remove pizza from oven, drizzle generously with sriracha honey, and finish with fresh basil leaves. Slice and serve immediately.
