Prepare the glass
Fill a copper mule mug or a rocks glass completely with ice to chill the glass.

Mix the base
Pour the vodka, pomegranate juice, fresh lime juice, and simple syrup over the ice. Stir gently for 10–15 seconds to combine and chill the ingredients evenly.

Add ginger beer
Top the cocktail with ginger beer, pouring slowly to preserve carbonation.

Finish and garnish
Give the drink one gentle stir to integrate the ginger beer. Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge and sprinkle pomegranate arils over the top before serving.
