Prepare the Keg
Ensure the Peroni Lager keg is properly refrigerated to an optimal serving temperature of 3–5°C (37–41°F). Check that the keg is correctly connected to the draft system and that CO₂ pressure is set appropriately to maintain carbonation.

Prepare the Glass
Select a clean, chilled beer glass. Rinse briefly with cold water if desired to remove any residue and help maintain head retention.

Pour the Beer
Hold the glass at a 45-degree angle under the tap. Open the tap fully and pour the beer down the side of the glass. When the glass is about two-thirds full, gradually straighten it to an upright position to form a light, foamy head of approximately 2–3 cm.

Serve
Serve immediately while cold and fresh. Present the beer with a clear, golden appearance and a crisp white head.
