Prepare the Glass
Chill a martini or coupe glass. Lightly moisten the rim with a lemon wedge, then dip the rim into granulated sugar to coat evenly. Set aside.

Build the Drink
In a cocktail shaker, combine the Midtown Spirits Vodka, Triple Sec, fresh lemon juice, and lavender syrup.

Shake
Fill the shaker with ice, seal tightly, and shake vigorously for 12–15 seconds until well chilled and slightly diluted.

Strain and Garnish
Strain the cocktail into the prepared glass. Garnish with a lemon twist or a small lavender sprig before serving.
