Prepare the glass
Fill a highball or Collins glass with ice to chill while assembling the cocktail.

Mix the base
In a cocktail shaker, add the Corralejo Blanco Tequila, fresh grapefruit juice, and honey syrup.

Shake
Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously for 10–12 seconds to fully chill and integrate the honey syrup.

Strain and build
Strain the mixture into the prepared glass over fresh ice.

Top with soda
Gently top the cocktail with soda water, stirring lightly once to combine without losing carbonation.

Garnish and serve
Garnish with a grapefruit peel or wedge and serve immediately.
