Boil Water
In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil.

Once the water is boiling, add 1 cup of Thai tea mix. Stir briefly, remove from heat, and let steep for 5–10 minutes depending on desired strength.

Strain the tea through a fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth into a heat-safe container to remove the tea leaves or bags.

While the tea is still warm, add 4 tablespoons of sugar and stir until fully dissolved.

Stir in 4 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk to add creaminess and sweetness.

Let the sweetened tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
