Brew Coffee
In a French press or drip coffee maker, combine 1 cup of coarsely ground dark roast coffee with 2 cups of water. Brew according to your method of choice. For a stronger flavor, allow the coffee to steep for 4-5 minutes before pressing or straining.

Once brewed, let the coffee cool slightly to room temperature. For iced coffee, you may chill it further in the refrigerator for 10–15 minutes.
Sweetened Milk Mixture

In a small bowl or measuring cup, combine 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk, 0.5 cup of evaporated milk, and 0.5 tsp of vanilla extract. Stir well until fully incorporated. Set aside.
Assembly and Serving

Fill 2 tall glasses with 1 cup of crushed ice each.
