Method

Dough Preparation

  1. 1

    Activate Yeast

In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and active dry yeast. Let it sit for about 5-10 minutes until foamy.

  2. 2

    Mix Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add the yeast mixture and olive oil.

  3. 3

    Knead the Dough

Mix until a dough forms, then knead on a floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

  4. 4

    Let Dough Rise

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Assembling the Pizza

  1. 5

    Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).

  2. 6

    Prepare Pizza Base

Once the dough has risen, punch it down and roll it out on a floured surface to your desired thickness.

  3. 7

    Add Sauce and Cheese

Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread pizza sauce evenly over the base, then sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.

  4. 8

    Add Meats

Evenly distribute pepperoni slices, cooked and crumbled Italian sausage, and salami slices over the cheese.

  5. 9

    Season Pizza

Sprinkle dried oregano and black pepper over the toppings, then add grated Parmesan cheese on top.

  6. 10

    Bake Pizza

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and cheese is bubbly.

  7. 11

    Slice and Serve

Remove from oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, then slice and serve warm.
