Method

Preparing Breakfast Potatoes

  1. 1

    Chop the Potatoes

Wash and peel the potatoes, then chop them into small cubes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Potatoes

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped potatoes and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown and tender.

Cooking Bacon and Sausage

  1. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In a separate skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess fat.

  2. 4

    Cook the Sausage

In the same skillet, add the sausage links and cook until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Remove and slice if desired.

Cooking Eggs

  1. 5

    Prepare the Eggs

In a small bowl, crack the eggs and whisk them together if making scrambled eggs. Alternatively, you can fry or poach them based on your preference.

  2. 6

    Cook the Eggs

In a non-stick skillet, add a little butter or oil over medium heat. Add the eggs and cook until desired doneness is reached, about 2-5 minutes depending on the cooking method.

Preparing Toast

  1. 7

    Toast the Bread

Toast the rustic bread slices in a toaster or on a skillet until golden brown. Once toasted, spread butter on each slice.

Serving

  1. 8

    Plate the Breakfast

On a large plate, arrange the breakfast potatoes, bacon, sausage, and eggs. Serve with the buttered rustic toast on the side.
