Grilling the Salmon

In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the marinade onto each salmon fillet and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Wash the field greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber. Halve the cherry tomatoes and slice the cucumber thinly.

In a large bowl, combine the field greens, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.

Cut the bread into small cubes.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
Assembling the Salad

Place the grilled salmon on top of the assembled salad base. Drizzle with house dressing and sprinkle with croutons. Serve immediately.
