Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients and chop the onions, tomatoes, and any other ingredients that need to be diced.

Cook the Vegetables
In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add the diced onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes until translucent.

Add the Meats
Add the diced ham, cooked sausage, and crumbled bacon to the skillet. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

Cook the Omelet
Cook the omelet for about 5-7 minutes, or until the edges start to set. Add diced tomatoes and shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Fold and Serve
Once the cheese is melted and the omelet is fully cooked, carefully fold it in half and slide it onto a plate. Cut in half if desired.

Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
